This week you are writing a letter of complaint. This is your task:

Write a complaint letter, 120-150 words.

Last month you stayed in a hotel in Dublin and nothing went right:
-The room was dirty
-The shower didn’t work properly
-Lunch was always cold

Please write the hotel manager explaining these problems, their consequences and ask for a compensation.

To prepare this task, I recommend you visit this site, Complaint Letter, which is full of examples and templates, but please, DON’T CHEAT.
