For me, the best dictionary by far is http://dictionary.cambridge.org I’ve been using it in class for a few years now. I know there are many other dictionaries but this one always has the best examples. And remember, we really learn English when we pay attention to the examples, collocations, verb patterns and so. If you only check out the meaning and that’s it, you’ll never learn. You need to learn HOW TO USE vocabulary.
