If you’re confused about all the uses of ‘will/won’t', then here’s some extra practice. First of all, look at this Powerpoint about offers, promises and decisions and guess what the sentences are.
You can do some followup activities here and here from the book English File Third Edition.
Now look at these exercises from the Oxford New English File Pre-intermediate website. Click here and here to practise ‘will’ for offers, promises and decisions, and here and here to practise will/won’t for predictions.
And for the best promise made in a film, here’s Whitney Houston singing, ‘I Will Always Love You‘ in ‘The Bodyguard‘.

If you want to answer to this question and to some other questions of the same kind, I encourage you to visit the site Yourather.com, where you can answer to lots of interesting and unusual questions and see what others have answered too.
And for some grammar practice, just visit the New English File site, where you have an online activity.

As you already know, there’s no lesson next week. So I guess you might find time to revise the contents we’ve seen so far. As you know, the book New English File has a website which contains activities for all the aspects seen in each file. Below you can see what I’m talking about. Just click on the image and do the online activities. Remember that we’ve seen Files 1-3. Enjoy your carnival.

Today’s listening activity is a big difficult, but it’s quite fun and worth a try. Please read the questions carefully, at least twice, and then play the recording twice. You can leave your results in the comments section.
Activity: Dating Woes
You can find more activities like this one at Randall’s ESL Cyber Listening Lab, and even more under our page “resources”>”links“.
